To keep Debs fair for everyone there's a weekly fair-use limit of 70 things on Debs and 140 on Debs Family (about 10 and 20 a day), far more than families usually need. If a very busy week reaches it, new school emails wait until Monday.
Extras, when you need them
One-off, on top of any plan. Never another monthly fee.
Extra people £4.99 each
Need more people than your plan has? Add another grandparent, carer or co-parent for a one-off £4.99 each: not a monthly charge. They stay for as long as your subscription does.
Plans, logins and the small print
Which plan do I need?
Debs Diary if you're happy to fill in the calendar yourself: Debs still adds your school's term dates and INSET days. Debs if you'd like her to read the school emails and fill it in for you: that's most families. Debs Family if the grandparents, a childminder or a co-parent want in too, or it's a very busy house.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes, for everyday family use: reading your school emails, answering questions and reading your photos and screenshots. To keep it fair there's a weekly fair-use limit of 70 things on Debs and 140 on Debs Family, far more than families usually need. You won't see a counter: Debs only mentions it if a very busy week gets close. If a week does reach it, new school emails wait until Monday, and your calendar, bags and dates keep working.
Who counts as a login?
Anyone you invite to see your family's Debs: your partner, a co-parent, a childminder or grandparents. Debs Diary and Debs have 2 logins, for both parents. Debs Family has 5, so the grandparents can join, with view-only access if you like. More people than that: a one-off £4.99 each, not another monthly fee.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, whenever you like. Your family's dates and to-dos stay, and you can download everything Debs holds.
